TERMS OF THE CHARTERS

WHEN:
Inshore trips are available  April 1 - December 15
Wreck trips are available  May  - December

WHO:
6 Person Maximum Allowed By Law


 

 

FISHING POLICY:
Customers keep all legal catches on these trips. Fish will be filleted and bagged.

ALCOHOL POLICY:
Customers are welcome to bring beer or wine.
Hard Liquor is strictly prohibited.

REFUNDS:
Your deposit is completely refundable until 14 days prior to the charter date. After 14 days prior, it is NON-REFUNDABLE, subject to circumstances. If the weather is bad, the charter will be rescheduled.

 

INCLUDED:
Everything except food and beverages. We provide ice, bait, rods and reels --- however you are always welcome to bring your own gear.

All trips require a $200 deposit to hold your date using Paypal. Preferred Method of Payment is Cash day of or Paypal 2-days prior to trip.
